1. FIELD OF APPLICATION
Odette Concept, headquartered in Crissier, is an online distributor of fashion and accessories for children and adults with a sense of design, quality and sustainability. These general conditions apply to all orders placed on the website https://www.odetteconcept.com. The parties are only bound by the general conditions of online sales on the day the order is placed.
2. ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
Online orders are placed in store. The order is validated when the terms and conditions have been accepted and the ORDER button has been pressed. Through this, a comprehensive and legally binding sales contract is concluded. After receiving your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.
3. DELIVERY AND SALE CONDITIONS
After confirmation of the order, we will send the items ordered to the address you have declared in eco-responsible packaging. Typical delivery time with economy shipping is 2-5 business days, for Switzerland. Depends on the provider.
For orders from abroad, delivery time can be more. If delivery is not possible after several attempts, Odette Concept may terminate the contract.
An indicative delivery date will be provided and ODETTE CONCEPT cannot under any circumstances be responsible for any delay in delivery, whatever the cause. Be careful, this information is without guarantee.
If the recipient does not provide the exact address or an address that La Poste cannot locate, the return costs will be charged to the buyer.
Once the orders have been handed over to the service provider, Odette Concept no longer bears the risk of transport.
Delivery costs will be indicated before confirming the order, when selecting the products.
Since the display of colors on the screen is not always accurate, ODETTE CONCEPT does not guarantee that the color of the products corresponds exactly to the color displayed on the screen.
4. PRICE
Our retail prices are calculated and expressed in Swiss francs including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Prices in the online store can be converted to EUROS (€) at the current exchange rate.
5. YOUR PURCHASE ACCOUNT
For orders from our online store, the possible payment methods are indicated there. It is not necessary to have an account to access the site and order.
6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Said email suggests an indicative delivery date and ODETTE CONCEPT cannot under any circumstances be responsible for any delay in delivery, whatever the cause. Delivery costs will be indicated before confirming the order, at the time of product selection and are calculated on the basis of the postal rates in force.
7.PAYMENTS
The products ordered remain the property of Odette Concept until full payment of the price.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RIGHT OF RETURN
You have 14 days to change your mind and return the item to us in its INITIAL condition. To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Only impeccable, completely intact and unworn items will be taken back. Particularly worn, dirty, damaged or smelly products cannot be returned.
If you are approved, we will notify you of your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, upon receipt of the package.
*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except if the product has a default. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping can be deducted from your refund.
Please also note that shipping costs for orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable. All transactions made via the site are subject to the ODETTE CONCEPT return policy in effect at the time of purchase.

10. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY IN GENERAL
Odette Concept cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from the misuse or lack of care of the products sold (fall, accident, etc.). The warranty for purchased items is limited to the warranties of the respective producers. Claims cease to exist in the event of improper handling or personal intervention. No liability can be held by the customer against Odette Concept for direct and indirect damage.

We follow applicable data protection regulations and secure your data against unauthorized access by a third party (data security precautions). Our online store is encrypted via SSL, which securely transfers all data regarding the supply as well as your payment and personal data to us. Using technological and organizational measures, we secure our website and other systems against loss, deletion, access, modification and distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Access to your purchasing account is only possible after entering your personal password.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND SCOPE OF JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the customer and ODETTE CONCEPT. Beyond that, their relations are governed by Swiss law, particularly the Code of Obligations, which regulates aspects not expressly mentioned in these General Terms and Conditions. In the event of a dispute, the customer will contact ODETTE CONCEPT as a priority in order to favor an amicable solution. The legal venue is Lausanne (VD), Switzerland.
By sending an order to Odette Concept, you confirm that you have read these general conditions and that you expressly accept them.
Modifications to the general conditions of sale: Odette Concept reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale unilaterally and at any time without notice.
