Shipping

After confirmation of the order, we will send the items ordered to the address you have declared in eco-responsible packaging. Typical delivery time with economy shipping is 2-5 business days, for Switzerland. Depends on the provider. 

For orders from abroad, delivery time can be more. If delivery is not possible after several attempts, Odette Concept may terminate the contract.

An indicative delivery date will be provided and ODETTE CONCEPT cannot under any circumstances be responsible for any delay in delivery, whatever the cause. Be careful, this information is without guarantee. 

If the recipient does not provide the exact address or an address that La Poste cannot locate, the return costs will be charged to the buyer.

Once the orders have been handed over to the service provider, Odette Concept no longer bears the risk of transport.

Delivery costs will be indicated before confirming the order, when selecting the products and the delivery address.

Returns / Refunds

Conditions

You have 14 days to change your mind and return the item to us in its INITIAL condition. To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Only impeccable, completely intact and unworn items will be taken back. Particularly worn, dirty, damaged or smelly products cannot be returned. 

If you are approved, we will notify you of your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, upon receipt of the package. 

If you wish to return a product, you can report it directly using the form below, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible :

We will send you a return slip with the current postal address.

Additional non-returnable items : Gift cards.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except if the product has a default. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping can be deducted from your refund.

Please also note that shipping costs for orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable. All transactions made via the site are subject to the ODETTE CONCEPT return policy in effect at the time of purchase. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
